About Dean
We have lived in Concord for 30 years, where my wife, our three children, and I have all thrived. Over that time, I have demonstrated my commitment to public service and, through thoughtful activism, have helped Concord achieve its goals.
I have served on the Finance Committee, the Natural Resources Commission, the Community Preservation Committee, the Solar Implementation Task Force, and as Deputy Town Moderator.
My Goals:
Ensuring Long-Term Financial Stability:
I will provide financial leadership that allows Concord to meet our guideline for a sustainable growth rate and maintain our AAA bond rating, which will be critical as we evaluate future capital improvements.
Advancing Environmental Sustainability:
I will actively pursue policies and strategies that protect Concord’s natural resources legacy, foster environmental stewardship, and meet our shared sustainability goals.
Strengthening Concord’s Civic and Community Life:
Concord has been shaped by generations of stewardship, civic engagement, and openness to new ideas. I will listen to all voices, strengthen community trust, and work with the Board to alleviate stressors that can erode our shared sense of community.

March 24: Deadline to apply to vote by mail - 5:00pm
March 31: Polls are open from 7:00am until 8:00pm
